Lending institutions are making their qualifying requirements tougher, and many people can not get a traditional loan. Because of this, many people are willing to work out a creative solution in order to get a home of their own. I am very creative in this process.

Long gone are the days when a family paid off their 30-year mortgage by living in the house for 30 years! The average family moves once every five years. Because of this natural effect of people moving more often, it opens the door to buy and sell real estate! I am an Investor. If I do not own a property that you love, I will work to find you one you will! When someone invests in real estate, tradition tells them that they find properties, buy them, and THEN go looking for buyers for those properties. But if you think about it, it is much more efficient to find a buyer first, and then buy a property for the buyer. This is where I come in. If I do not have your property, I will find it!
